National Convention in Høyre

The top organ in Høyre is the National Convention which assembles once a year and this took place in Oslo last weekend. Delegates from the county organizations, members of the Parliament representing Høyre and The Central Board attend the National Convention. The National Convention adopts the party platform, elects the party leader every second year, adopts laws, discuss important political issues and adopts statements from the party.

Approximately 67.000 members in Høyre are organized in about 600 local party units. I'm the leader of one local party unit; Vestre Toten Høyre. The picture shows all delegates from Oppland surrounding our national leader; Erna Solberg.
