Her daughter is a student in Japan and Kristrun made this beautiful bag for her before she went away.... I printed the photos of their dog and lend her my sewingspace to finish the bag. Her daughter got really surpriced. Clever Kristrun!

What are the black tabs that are sticking out the top of the purse?
The black tabs are holders for a tie/ribbon. Then she can draw the bag top together by pulling the tie.... I hope you understod this easy explanation.....
